Long term property management relates to single family homes, apartment complexes, multi-family homes and any other type of rental where the tenant(s) stay for a period of one year or more. This has been a great way to build wealth by holding equity within the property and generating cash flow from renters.
Mid term property management relates to travel nurses, traveling professionals, and any other type of rental where the tenant(s) stay for a period of 30 days or more, but not typically for more than 6 months. This is a great option for home owners to do when they are in a prime location and may want to use their home a few months out of the year. With stricter short term rental laws, this is a great second option.
