Mid term property management relates to travel nurses, traveling professionals, and any other type of rental where the tenant(s) stay for a period of 30 days or more, but not typically for more than 6 months. This is a great option for home owners to do when they are in a prime location and may want to use their home a few months out of the year. With stricter short term rental laws, this is a great second option.
Short term property management relates to VRBO, Airbnb, vacation rentals, and any other type of rental where the guest(s) stay for a period of 30 days or less. This use allows home owners to generate faster and higher income on properties that they may not have otherwise rented out due to the owner also using the property from time to time.
